Hi
We run a bike company (trips/guiding/hire) based on the west of the island and are not aware of anyone doing bike hire in Ayia Napa, at least not anyone with a website anyway. You will be able to pick some bikes in the resort but they are likely to be of a mediocre quality - that was our experience a few years back.
