We are coming over to look for placeses to live and work for when we move over. I have been told priceses for tourist are more money than if you live on the island. can someone point me in the direction of a car rental company were i will not be charged over the odds please. I would want the car car droped to the airport.

Many thanks

Hi Lee,

We always booked our car hire in the UK and collected and dropped it off at the airport each time and used this website: http://www.auto-europe.co.uk/booking/car.cfm?outform=y&pucountry=Cyprus,CY&pucity=LIMASSOL&action=2&aff=cyprus100

One tip - tell the car hire company when you collect it that you will return the car with a full tank of fuel. That way, they will take off the fuel charge, which is always enhanced - usually £20 for a small car (it's always much less to fill it up yourself).

Have a look on http://www.travelsupermarket.com/travel ... ?package=6 as they do a car hire comparison which finds cheap deals. HTH.
