Iceman the constitution does not define "ethnic groups" neither was drawn on that basis. Can you seriously define the Armenians ethnic Greeks just because for purposes of the constitution they were included in the GC community? Can you define the gypsies who originate from Spain and some Arabic Countries as ethnic Turks just because they were included in the TC community?

Ethnicity in a multicultural society is not static it evolves and erodes by assimilation. Their ethnicity has been eroded by assimilation but has not yet vanished. It will take another generation or so.
