OTEnet Telecom Internet Connection

Postby andreasmenon » Thu Apr 12, 2007 4:16 pm

I'm looking for information on OTEnet's 2Mbps 'Xtream' package for home users. Does anybody have this package? If so, could you please tell me how much you pay for it every year? Does it allow multiple computers (around 5-7) on a network with static IP's and does it block ports?

Thanks for any information. Also, if there is any other IP that allows all the above can you please point me to it? It has to be either 1.5Mbps or 2Mbps. :) :)

2 thumbs up. Great service and Excellent support.

I have it and it works better than my old CYTA business lite. Yes you can connect 4 PC on the 4 port router/modem like the ichoice or you can get a switch and you can add more if you want since it assigns DHCP by default. The wireless is for free. All this includes also a static IP.

Their price is like 30CYP + VAT.

cyprusgrump, this site does not provide deep review of every provider... its kinda useless.
I'v tested every ISP and platform except Cablenet and Logosnet.

Their website still shows that there is a limit. If they removed that limit and the price is unchanged then probably they added some other limits that they didn't publicly announce.
