Basically it is partial recognition they are after.... trade has almost nothing to do with it.

I don't think anybody can deny this. They made it very obvious.

@ Shah

I know that!

But what I wanted you is to tell me is what you meant by "IT". Did you mean "partial recognition" or did you mean "the obstacles"?

Basically Pyr, i find it funny to see a bunch of GCs and foreigners debate about the Cyprob while rooting their bias arguments on nothing but the preconceptions they have about the "needs" and the "thoughts" of the TCs.

Also I dont know about Zan and VP, i never talk to them, plus i have been travelling so i havent been around long enough to know anyways...

Well, that's why you are here Shah. To debate the issues the way YOU see them. Tell us how the TCs could trade with EU without getting recognition either partial or full.

Recognition is anathema for the GCs because it does not simply mean another state, it means whatever illegality against the GCs that "state" means.

So will you take that step in telling your view or will you just keep watching.

Preconceptions? I think TCs have made it perfectly clear that they want to be divided and separated from us, even if that means the ethnic cleansing of 200.000 people and mass human rights violations.

So whats the missoconception here?

Isn't it 100% accurate that all this things about "direct trade" have a lot to do with the efforts of the pseudo state to get some kind of recognition, and much less with any actual trade.

Wrong my dear Piratis .T/Cs are not represented by either Shah , VP or Zan. The T/Cs DO NOT wish to see their country , or part of it , handed on a plate to a third world nation that is struggling still to enter the 21st century . They do not want to be gagged and deprived of their divine right to voice their dissent , their grievance or simply their discord at either religion or nationalism. Mr Shah , reckons he can spot the difference between a T/C , a G/C or a settler !!! And he doesn't see the strangulation that is gradually taking place in the occupied part of Cyprus where the Anatolian settlers far outweigh the indigenous , albeit , forcibly so , T/Cs.
