Newbie in this forum.
I am looking for a 4 bedroom house, with a/c, c/h, s/p if possible. Somewhere in Limassol, or between Nicosia and Limassol. Budget about CYP +/- 1000, long term... Moving date May 1st.

A friend of mine has his house rented out right now, but the tenants are due to leave in may and he will be looking again.

it's a beautiful place, semi-detached, 4 bedrooms in Ayios Athanasios, one of the nicest areas of Limassol. Opposite a park. Fully furnished with very nice and tasteful furniture. I think the rent will be reasonable.

hey there

bit hard to explain where it is. if you go straight up from jumbo, cross the big roundabout where they are building an underpass. then straight over past mellis butchers, to the mini-roundabout. go straight over the mini-roundabout heading north. take the last turn on your left into the residential area. you will see a little park. the house is on the west side of the park, facing it. next door they are just finishing building a big villa.
