its cool denizak .... I am trying hard not to enter into the accusations and personal attacks. Cyriots suffer enough I joint the forum with the hope of beng constructive for all Cypriots and Cyprus itself.

Aphrodite, I am not paranoid about you supporting the British government at all.

I am not changing my views on the matter that the British governement is destructive and devisive in their actions, and on that matter the people who suffer most by the actions of the British government and their false intentions are the turkish Cypriots, sure the greek speaking Cypriots lost land and both sides lost relatives, children, husbands, son's etc. But Turkish Cypriots have been paying the price of economic embargos for 32 years.

I want a unified Cyprus for all Cypriots and believe it or not I belive that Cypriots have just as much right to the whole Island of Cyprus as much as anyone else. In fact I believe that Turkish speaking Cypriots are selling themselves short by only claiming the trnc but that is their decision and I do not have to agree with that either.

At the end of the day al I know is that we have been living with the cureent satus qou for 32 years, and we have identified that it is not beneficial for anyone other than the big powers such as Turkey, Britain and the US they got what they wanted.

I was hoping that such a forum would bring people together and some ways that we could re-unite our people and live together in peace.

I challene any one of you who has a property in Cyprus to surender it to a Turkish Cypriot ..... if you feel that selling off refugee land is a fair and just. To this point I wish to say that what happened to the Turksihs speaking Cypriots in the the 60's was not fair but then again two wrongs do not make a right.

Thanks a lot Zan. I am surprised you find time to answer. You are so busy. Keep up the good work. Sometimes I think, trying to get your point of view accross is like smashing your head against a brick wall. I think you are doing fine.
Thanks

Two rights can repair a wrong though. Our human rights and our right to self determination.

The following site, it is supposedly the official site for the so
called "North Cyprus" :

http://www.cypnet.co.uk/ncyprus/root.html

Notice the URL on the site? It says UK, in other words it is supported
by the Brits.

Also, notice in their link where it says "History", how conveniently
they do NOT mention the first and most lasting settlers of the island,
the Mycenaean Greeks, during the Bronze Age.

Also, the following tourist agency, for N. Cyprus, is also based in
London:

http://www.cyprusparadise.com/cyprusparadise.shtml

Aaaah, those Brits....working so hard against us, and we haven't woke up yet...
