My internet communication is what I have in this forum. I really don't have time for more of it anymore, sorry :( My girlfriend some times gets mad when I chat online more than she thinks I should!!

OKies :)

So we can talk here...

Well I found the local people over here are very nice, but some of them hesitate to talk to asians..

Why is it like that?

Are the asians from other countries making some mess??

No.

I talk to anyone, any culture, well maybe more to Asians than, say, Taliban or Eskimos, but really, I am a typically openminded liberal Dutch guy.

Do you know where to get dried soured plums in Cyprus ?

(The ones with the licourice on it).

I like Asian food.

Always a good subject to start a conversation.

No Asians don't make any mess. But most of Asians in Cyprus are of low education working as house keepers and such kind of jobs so many Cypriots think they will not have many common interests with them. Indians look a lot like Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan in cyprus is equivalent to house keeper. This stereotyping is the problem in your case.

Hi,

You are right..

But just a hint to recognize indians :)

Most of them will have good cars and clothes :) and a lil bit less dark then the others :)

But you are correct , as most of the people from south india look alike..

Only the people from north india are different in complexion.....

Thanks for the information...

I find it hard to distinguish people based on clothes. Take me for example. I am so bored of shopping clothes I can wear 10 year old pants ant shirts. Not to mention that I can wear the same pair of shoes almost every day for 2-3 years  Fortunately my mother buys for me clothes for my bday and Christmas so the problem is not that big! :P
