turkcyp,

whats in a name you wonder? the term "pseudo-state" means more than waht it says. this term has been used for quite a while (im not sure for how many years).; here is an example to get you to understand why it is a pseudo state:

what would happen if I took my home and declared it my own country. I could hold elections and even make a parliament of my family members. Is this a real state? Well in my own opinion it is. But aside from the fact that it violtaes the law of my country, it is not a real state to anyone else. hence it is a pseudo-state.

the same can be applied to the KKTC, only in my example I didn't steal anybody's property to create my own state.

The voting is real, and thats what it will be covered.

A survey doesn't have any real weight, but it doesn't mean it is meaningless. This voting will show what the next TC leader will be, and the leader of the TC community is not pseudo one.

Now if those people call themselves something more than what they really are (e.g. "prime minister" instead of "TC leader") this doesn't mean that because we show interest of who the TC leader will be it means that we accept whatever ridiculous claims he makes.

Coverage of events has nothing to do with their legality. If this was the case then newspapers would be half their size.
