Can you expand on that? They don't see themselves as Cypriot?NB. And an optimistic note:They have about 5 frequent posters, they post about 3 posts total a day, and the most moderate of them is 10 times worse than VP and 3 times worse than Zan.
Does this mean Zan is 3 times worst than VP?

Post subject: WHY CAN I APOLOGISE TO A TÜRK BUT NOT TO A GREEK
There have been alot of disagreements and arguements lately on the forum, alot of which I have been a party to.
This morning furious by an overnite posting from another forum member `I lost it´I was convinced this other forum member was a greek spy who had infiltrated our forum and was happily insulting, Turks, Turkish Cypriots, and ALL things Turkish, I could not control my anger and began to call him every insult I could think of in my posting on the forum.
I then had to attend to some business which required me to leave the office, all day I was ill at ease `what if he was not a greek , `what if he was just a misguided Turk, or a Turk with very different views to me.
Although I hated the statements he had posted, I began to feel very uncomfortable about insulting him in such a way, in addition as I read a posting from Brother Mumin Turk I was reminded of a qoute from the Qur àn:
Obey God and his messenger and do not quarrel amongst yourselves, lest you loose heart and your momentun disappear. And be steadfast. God is with the steadfast.
I ammediately posted an apology to the forum member, because of one reason and one reason ONLY, I did not know 100% that he was a greek spy and not some kind of Turk, whether diluted or what ever, a Turk!
My point is this: why can I apologise to someone for using the same words and expressing the same thoughts only because I am not sure that they are not Turkish.
This must mean that despite claiming I am not a hateful person deep in side I hate Greeks, maybe because of what they have done to the Turkish population in the past and still continue to do! I dont know.
I believe this therefore must also apply to alot of greeks, even if on the surface they believe they are not hateful of Turks, deep inside there is hatred, almost a natural born hatred of one another, of another race, another religion, an enemy.
I do not think I can ever change my feelings and lack of patience towards greeks, and I believe there are many greeks who feel the same as me, therefore we are all as guilty as each other and can only co-exist separated in our opposite ends of our Island the greeks in the south and the Turks in the North!
Maybe this way we can live and let live, despite what has happened in the past!
