A New Crisis between BRT and Turkey

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

A New Crisis between BRT and Turkey

Postby karma » Wed Apr 04, 2007 4:42 pm

bcoz of the documentary movie ''duvarimiz'' (our wall), a new crisis between TC and BRT keep busy the Turkish media since April 1st...
BRT and its General Manager Gursan is being blamed as traitors :?

coz the word ''invasion'' was used instead of ''peace operation'' , coz
TMT was criticized and coz some GC people said tht their children were abused by Turkish soldiers during the invasion in same documentary..

God help Gursan and our friend Fanos..

I wont be suprised if Turkey attacks North and ask GC's help for that in near future... :?
never say never

P.S. I have read it in today's Hurriyet, first page, and also some horrible comments about TCs :(

Could you please give us more details karma of what is all about?
Is that documentary available on the internet?

NB. In my opinion unless the TC do their own revolution nothing is going to change in Cyprus. There is too much dependence on Turkey and the Army, political leaders cannot move one inch.

I think I have seen it a long time ago. I am just wondering if it is the same documentary. If it is the same then it was filmed by an ex UN man describing the life on the green line in Nicosia. Nothing fascinating, just interesting. Wonder why all the fuss. There are some interviews there e.g a Tc tailor another who had a coffee shop etc.

What I guess is that it was 99% pro-Turkish but the Turks made a whole issue because there was 1% that fall out of the official line!
