Kivrikoglu now wants a public apology...

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Kivrikoglu now wants a public apology...

Postby askimwos » Wed Apr 04, 2007 12:35 pm

The commander of the occupying forces, mr Kivrikoglu has asked for a public apology from Mr Soyer in order to "forget" the disrespectful behaviour towards the turkish flag and national anthem, shown according to him, by the "priministrer". According to Africa newspaper, the general demands a public apology from Mr Soyer in front of the TC people, and the martyrs of the nation.

According to the Turkish press mr Kivrikoglou stated that there is no way of forgiving mr Soyer unless he actively shows his regret. "He has to say that he will never again show disrespect to the turkish flag, and this should be done in public so that others listen and learn" mr Kivrigoglou said.

When asked how can this happen from a "priminister", mr Kivrikoglou was quoted saying "This is something he (mr soyer) should have better considered earlier"

In the meantime there seems to be a direct link between the gap between the "government" and the army and the current climate in the political world of the occupied areas and the efforts of the opposition for early elections. According to political circles from the TC community the opposition seems to be encouraged in asking for early elections by th edeteriorating relationship between the administration and the army and see this as an oportunity to bring CTP down.

and to all the tcs out there, this is whats waiting for you if there is no unification.

he is making a mockery out of you. but i suppose for vips, plural, its ok, he is used to eating humble pie. are the rest of you the same? are you in the 70%, vips, plural keeps on quoting?

when are you guys gonna rise above all the bullshit and take your future in your own hands? you hold the damn key, and you can't have it both ways. you already allowed your selves to become minorities, in the state you want to be a majority.

The article was translated from today's politis newspaper and th eoriginal source seems to be an article in Africa and the turkish press. I can only give you the politis link but this is in Greek

http://www.politis-news.com/cgibin/hweb ... V=articles

I guess it would be better to look in Africa's website.

Disgraceful really, i hope he doesn't apologize simply out of principle:?

But then it is also pretty disgracefull that this guy is the Primeminister and forgets about the one day that people pay respect to all the soldiers who died, considering many died for his country too, so its not all really about the national anthem, but the fact that he did it on that day...
