Cyprus MUST have commercial bases on Turkish soil…
In view of the recent vast Oil and Natural Gas deposits discovered off the southern shores of Cyprus, the Republic of Cyprus not only has the right to fully exploit these gifts of nature and subsequently quench the European thirst for this much-sought after resource, but should also be entitled to a permanent Gas and Oil base in southern Turkey from where pipelines will be laid to meet up with Europe.
Turkey must relinquish an area in southern Turkey to Cyprus, no smaller than the size designated on the map below to facilitate this purpose of paramount importance as it is estimated that by 2035 the Cypriot expansion into Turkey will employ as many as 3.7% of Turkey's working population.
Turkey must accept the Cypriot expansion as part of the region’s natural selection process and may also wish to cede military bases to Cyprus as well as the adoption of the Greek language and culture as part of the effort to invest in her future…
