F_C if you go back and check what I posted in the past you will notice that I have many times called these ultra-nationalists (both GCs and TCs) as my enemy and the enemies of Cyprus. I have many times posted that the enemy cannot be isolated in one community and be generalised. The enemy are the nationalistic elements of both communities that in the past have caused so much harm to our country. These are the people that we need to fight and isolate.

Tell me, your idiotic ramblings, whinging and whinings, begging the EU, keeping the TC's under embargoes, trying to steal our lands by genociding us, what did it get you greedy Greeks and Greek Cypriots?

Is Cyprus free of Turkish Cypriots? Nope.

Lena, the only thing that I disagree with you is that in the case of Eric you analysed the term nationalism using a text book answer.

In the case of Eric we are talking about nationalism of the worst kind, actually its hyper-nationalism that even touches chauvinism.
This kind of ultra nationalism often leads to bloody conflicts. This is of the kind that gets out of hand, turns into hatred of others, and sparks violence, often of the most brutal form. That is especially true when community or "motherlands" can convince some people that they have somehow been treated abusively by the other or are faced with fatal dangers and the only way to survive is to be annexed to the "mothrland" regardless of how brutal the means used to do this are. In the effort to achieve their objective every person that does not adopt their ideas and objectives, even if he is a member of their community, is labelled a traitor that should be punished.
