Can anybody tell me how long it would take me to get from Vrysoulles to Nicosia and the best and quickest route

I think Vrysoulles is near Paralimni.
You can access the Highway near Paralimni a few miles from the village, and this goes direct to Nicosia. It should take about 1 hour maximum.

Going via Paralimni would mean going down and round to get to the highway. Better to get on the highway near Pyla/(V)Oroklini ?
Just follow the road out of Vrysoulles and it will take you there
