Is the board time correct?

My settings are GMT +2 but board time still is an hour earlier than Cyprus time

No mate GMT stays as it is all year round and when the clocks go forward in cyprus you are another hour forward from it
Just as clocks in UK went forward so in UK time is now GMT+1
Honest change the time in your profile to GMT+3 and you'll be ok
