I'm confused :?:

My comment about Cyprus being more efficient kind of related to the fact that Greece and Turkey are more corrupt than Cyprus. THat is assuming corruption and efficiency are inversely related.

However, let's not get into any more mathemtical models cause i dont think you guys like that :)
