All three communities choose to belong top the GC community, so they have the same political rights as the GC community and therefore can run for president but not for Vice-president and can be ellected in the GC parliamentary chamber but not in the TC one.
This the main reason that when people quote the % split of the population in terms of political rights they quote 82% Vs 18% and not 78% Vs 2% Vs 1% Vs 1% Vs 18%.
Thanks Askimwos but the crucial question is whether the President has to be a GC (pure) or anyone of the other groups who for voting rights belong to the group called GC community.
For example the Armenians as such are not allowed separate MPs. Only attendants.
