I suggested some time ago for a forum rule so that anyone posting political allegations against a govt or leader be backed with evidence. I'm happy to participate with this rule in place why aren't you???

Alternatively, a forum rule whereby any member that requests that a statement be proven to be supplied by the poster. (upon request in other words)

ie:
Fanos: TP killed 10 people!
GR: Please post evidence to that!
Fanos: Bugger off! (or no response at all)
Admin: Fanos banned for 3 days!

Voila! This would make posters more responsible.

I think that Piratis overdone it this time. I wouldn't mind any personal attack based on arguments of cource. However, bringing one's personal life in the forum is unacceptable.

Piratis is only human and has in fact shown a lot more tolerance than I have with Fanos. I was the first to attack Fanos ages ago and even did a poll against him.

I fully support Piratis as Fanos refuses to post evidence when asked.

This is a place that we can make assumptions about these things as well GR because not everything is documented. Our own thoughts and suspicions are relative. To search and then plaster all over the board another posters details in such an aggressive and shit head manner is wrong wrong wrong.

I admit I exaggerated a bit. The exaggeration was that I did research about Fanos. I could, but why would I bother?

He gave all that info himself in this forum, except from the part about the Iraq reports which another member posted about and Fanos could not deny.

He made his personal life part of the discussion in this forum with his very first post. Not my fault.

I think you should demand the same kind of treatment for public figures as well. How would you like it if I made 10 threads like "Talat is mentally ill", "Talat killed his best friend", "Talad drinks the blood of little children" and whatever crap I could imagine? Wouldn't you be pissed off for filling the forum with such crap?

So stop siding with Fanos simply because he is part of your propaganda engine. How many times did you attack me personally without me saying anything against you Zan? Or maybe it is ok to attack me but not ok to say anything against Fanos? Double standards as always?

Karma you may be right about what you say for ordinary forum members. However, fanos is not an ordinary forum member. He is a well known journalist and the allegations about tpap were put in the public domain trough his articles which I am sure were published in TC newspapers. If you think that those allegations do not directly affect the TC public opinion and therefore the cause for reconciliation then what?
Believe me I would have asked the same if those allegations were made against Talat. Afterall to negotiate it needs 2 sides. If the negotiator of the one side is discredited with such allegations then who would you negotiate with?

Can any1 please reply me, why Mr. Papadopoulos does NOT reply Fano, why doesnt take him to the courts???

I will revert the question and ask fanos instead. Would he be prepared to cross to the free areas and be prepared to face trial in case thet tpap sues him for libel?

I have better things to do than spend 24/7 Moderating this Forum; therefore things go unchecked for periods of time. However, I have now deleted a number of posts and deleted others. One or two people should be pretty ashamed of themselves if this is the levelk they are prepared to stoop to .

You wouldn't know if he was because he would use an alias but deserves a FAIR GO by everyone posting EVIDENCE when there are allegations!!!
