How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

As soon as you can demonstrate that the land in the "TRNC" belongs solely to the TC's, then we can talk about CONFEDERATION system ( aka ANNAN PLAN ), but until then, stick to what is IS.

Like I said before, it is much simpler to talk with you, if we just stick to the main point of your desires. So here is your choice of the 3...PARTITION.

If I'm not correct, then let us know, which OTHER you want to talk about.

There are very few claims being made to the land commission that was authorised to exist in the TRNC/KKTC so a definitive land ownership register cannot be made.

Where do you come up with these answers Zan.???

So, in other words, unless I go to my local Bank to tell them, that I have money in their volts, I'm shit out of luck, as far as they are concerned, even though I have bank statements in my hand ( land deeds in this case ) from the Main Bank ( Land Registry Office ) in Nicosia, that makes me the owner of my money ( Land ).

Now really Zan. I have heard all explanations before, but yours really take the cake.

No lets just take the word of the six GCs that turned up at cousins house all claiming it was their house. All took pictures to help with their memories.Hahahahahahahaha! The difference between me and you is that I do not have my head in the clouds or in TPaps lap. The Land commission is a legal entity but because it does not agree with your GC mentality then you despite it.

OK Zan, you win. From now on, it is no point talking anything that is remotely rational with you, because you lack the mental capacity to absorb anything that is reasonable and sensible, unless it is written, just like the way you want it, which is P-A-R-T-I-T-I-O-N. You are an embarrassment to any rational and independent thinking TC, and all you can muster with your polluted so called brain of yours, is to make snide remarks.

Or was it 66 Zan and you forgot?
I don't doubt different people visited to see their old house. One time the parents. (2 people). Next time the daughter and her husband (another 2). Third time one of the sons with his wife.

Your problem is???

As for the land registry there are papers for each and every transaction on land from the time the British were here. There are signatures, there are 2 witnesses for each case. We still have ALL the records. The records from Famagusta and other areas were left in the North.Denktash still HAS them. Everything is in there.
So what's the problem agreeing who owns what and where?

Besides, it was for Zan's benefit, and what that boy reads, he does not understand anyway.

Ironically actually I remember one of the first threads I read was one about people's experiences during the intercommunal fighting. I remember reading about Kikapus childhood experience and feeling very touched by it, and actually feeling very touched about his attitude, he'd been through sad times in Cyprus yet he just wanted to move on and try and find a fair solution to the Cyprus problem :

Natty,

And I was very touched by you, the first time you sang the song, "Somewhere over the Rainbow".

Well I wanted to prove to you that you'd picked the right person, so I made it extra special..

You know that if you ever want me to sing it to you again, you only have to ask, and I'd be more than happy to give you another rendition! :D

And I also have to say that I was very touched that you actually chose me as your Dorothy in the first place…In fact I was really touched about that.... :)

(We could do this all day long...  )

Oh good lord yes, that we could do this all day long.

The only reason why I chose you as "my Dorothy" was because, of your HUMANITY. You sound like a very "Good Natured" kind of a person, where you feel close to your fellow humans.

I would love to hear you sing "Over the Rainbow" again. I still feel the echos of your voice in the room right now, as I'm writing this post. But I can always go back and reopen the thread of "OZ", and listen to it over and over again, without other members spoiling it, by talking politics.

Well I have to say that I was very touched when you.……

 ...see? Blushing again…..You must have a gift Kikapu..

(Well I guess Natty tries....but sometimes she has her bad days….but hey she's only human after all! )

I'd be more than happy to sing to you again, but I went on the Wizard of Oz page and I honestly don't think I can match that performance, but I'll try...

'Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high, there's a land that I heard of once in a lullaby...'

I hope that was ok.. :)
