When I visited Pamukkale in Turkey few years ago with my girlfriend, and we drove up to pay, and because I spoke Turkish with them, I noticed they charged us 50% less than the posted entry fee.

Also in Istanbul, the mosque next to Sofia mosque, if you are Turkish, then they let you in by the side door, for free.

They love to stick it to the non Turkish speakers.

The UK are constantly looking into doing the same thing but are afraid of frightening away the tourists. Why should the tax paying nationalists pay twice for their national treasures. I do get what you mean though.

In such a crossroads, we cannot govern Turkish Cyprus in the name of the Turks in Cyprus. We cannot teach them what kind of people they should be either. We do not have such a right.

This is a man of vision and of great self integrity. "We do not have such right" those words are of those with a man of soul searching passion and I would probably say leadership. I would vote for him any day for President for Cyprus.
