As you know, when a President of the USA steps down, it is usual for him to inaugurate a library. I've heard that GWB has engaged an architect to design a suitable edifice for his reading matter. Unfortunately, the architect experienced some difficulties with the scale required. Finally, he came up with a plan and proposed:

Breaking News!! A fire in the library at the White House has destroyed George W's entire collection of books. He's said to be utterly devastated by this event, as both of the books were gifts from his wife, and he hadn't even finished colouring the first one in yet!
