It was EOKA terrorists who slaughtered my wife and 3 sons and the propaganda that has been circulating over the last few weeks has only not only been disrespectful to their memories it has made me feel the need to revisit the TRNC to try and stop the conspiracy lies that have been put forward, the "TCs did not need any conspiracy theories there were enough documented inhumane acts carried out by EOKA".

Anyway the story about the bathroom murders goes as follows:

A large gang of Greek Cypriot armed men enter the Turkish Neighbourhood of Nicosia, and in what is supposed to be a genocidal frenzy brutally kill Mrs Ilhan and her two (or three, depending on the account) children . At the same time at least four other people who happened to be in the same small bathroom as Mr Ilhan at the time of the killing are also shot at repeatedly at point blank range and left for dead. However they all miraculously survive. The murderers then move on to the other houses in the neighbourhood to continue their murder spree. Yet, even though the opperation continues for a few hours during which time hundreds of other unarmed Turkish Cypriot were held at the gunmen's mercy, no other fatalities occur other than the killing of two Turkish Cypriot gunmen during a gunfight.

With all due respect to Mr Ilhan, the one thing we do know is that things did not occur as the TMT propaganda machinery claimed. If I was a father who suddenly lost his wife and three children during an armed attack I'd damn well make sure to find out what happened. This guy is other the most gullible guy in the world, a party to the killing or a willing accomplice to the cover up of the actual events.

Excuses are cheap...face up to it and accept responsiblity for a change GCs killed these innocent people full stop.

Sener Levent in AFRIKA reports that he has received new information,from a former TMT leader, on the events at Kumsal the night Nihat Ilhan's family was murdered. About 150 GC irregulars were involved apparently under the overall command of a Greek Officer code named Terezepoulos. A smaller unit of 30 GCs led by the "legendery" EOKA man,Tassos Markou had allegedly murdered Dr Ilhan's family...

Does anyone know anything about this man,Tassos Markou???

And has anyone heard of Terezepoulos?

Terezopoulos sounds like a mainland Greek name. Never heard of him either.

EOKA and tmt both comited crimes against cypriot people...the bathroom murders are war crimes who comited them we cannot say but one thing we can say is this it had the desired effect to inflame cyprus into another round of hate withing cypriots be there turkish speaking or greek speaking when its all said and done only three nations benefited from cyprus situation turkey greece and britain................. cyprus people the only thing they got out of all this is the recognition that their potatoes are the best in the world as far as education goes. they have no forsight or vision to even question certain things they just like to point the finger at greeks speaking and turkish speaking and accuse them of all kinds of crimes ..............there is truth in this they both comited crimes against their own people by orders of the mainland greece and turkey as well as britain twicking here and there to inflame the situation

You mean because Afrika used to be Avrupa?
Avrupa means Europe,Pyro.
Afrika newspaper had to abandon that name because they lost a court case against Denktash and went bankrupt...They just came back as Afrika!
I don't know why they don't get some of their stuff translated into English.

I dont think the timing is just a coincidence, ofcourse wht happened to Mr Ilhan is very sad but why this visit happens now?? doesnt it remind u some other similar case about a GC boy??
