After the new developments at Ledras and the general euforia that something is coming up:
Tasos Tzionis and Tertep (?) finally agreed on the matter of the technical committees. Tertep said OK I agree but I will confirm after I come back in a week. The Americans and the EU have already pushed to far for this matter of finally starting the committees. Everyone was put on hold.

Tertep goes to Ankara for a week and on coming back he says:NO WE DONT AGREE, EVERYTHING (THE WHOLE CYPROB) MUST BE DISCUSSED BETWEEN TALAT AND PAPADOPOULOS ON THE BASIS OF ANAN PLAN.
The State department and the EU officials already expressed their deep disapointment for this development.

When Papadopoulos was asked if he will yield and satisfy Ankaras demands in doing as Ankara asked despite the already signed agreement of 8 July, Papadopoulos said NO.

So we see VP coming up here and telling us Papadopoulos once again refused to meet Talat.
