Its not like the UK.
there are not loads to choose from.
best bet is cytanet. for phone and internet.
for tv. you will best get a satalite system..
you will find people on here that advertise them..

For an internet connection I like netmail. They don't filter download speeds or types of downloads, unlike CYTA who filter download streams. T.V. I recommend you bring SKY, albeit you will need a very large satellite dish.

just get cytanet it saves farting on talking to different isps iv got netrunner 1mb and download bittorrents very fast never had reason to think they filter. for tv just get a cheapo dish and free to air box and point it at nile sat for mbc 2.3.4.action theres always something on dont bother with the subscription stuff its crap had showtime was a waste of money !

Hi Shaun,

I'm living in Larnaca, Cyprus more than 4 year's.

I'm using OMEGA Telecom
(https://cy.omega-telecom.com/home/)
for more than 6 months and I'm very pleased with the service and costs. International calls are approximately 50% cheaper than with CyTA and my family overseas is calling me on a local number, thus saving me 90% on roaming charges. You can contact them directly for further details, because I know that their web site is not 100% complete yet.

some requests for information about OMEGA Telecom's

Postby shmuel16 » Sun Mar 25, 2007 10:49 am

Hello,

I received some requests for information that i get to my private message box about OMEGA Telecom's services and pricing.

First, I would like to clarify that I'm not working there. I'm just a (satisfied) customer, and I also got to know them through that.

They told me that they will upload the updated pricing information to their site in the coming days.

Basically, the price per minute to most Western Europe and North america and many other places is CYP 0.016. Local calls cost CYP 0.008.

The monthly subscription for their lines (local or foreign) is CYP 4.95 (I'm not sure if for all the countries).

If you need forther information, please contact them directly: [email protected]

Samuel.
