for those of you who do not know much about history heres a little bit of information that might enlighten you. turkey who illigaly occupied cyprus in the ottoman times gave cyprus to britain illigaly cors cos it was never theirs... for security for the turish estate incase russia expanded britain agreed to help turkey.......................secondly ...................in the first world war britain offered cyprus to greece if they would enter the great war against the bolcan states, greece refused on the grounds it was to much of a price to pay............................ sooo those of you who think your greek and turkish and you think your roots are in turkey or greece are no cypriots as for me ....................there is only one motherland there is only one cyprus and its not negotiable in terms of anything except a free harmonious cyprus

thats a load of horseshit. the mycenaeans were the first to really populate the island and bring the greek culture thousands of years ago. the turks started to settle here en mass when cyprus was part of the ottoman empire for those 3-400 years

all i have done is pasted something about my cyprus going back only one hundred and fifty years of history and yet everyone is up in arms about the whole thing.................... so how can we agree on cyprus with its 5000 thousand years of occupation. when i write something i write about my cyprus and relation to cyprus. we have beeen occupied for thousands of yours please dont try and convince me about who settled in cyprus first and who settled last and most fo you in here to be honest with you think your greeks and turks this i have said openly you only have to look at your own personal post that you put in here to realize that ................back to my post no former occupier has ever given a shit about cyprus people. be it the ottomans the greeks the venitians richard the lion heart, cleopatra or iraq or persions...........they have all abused cyprus and you people have the cheek to actualy post in here your turks and greeks our history alone should tell us be an island of bastards mommies babby daddys maybe and i say this with the greatest respect ...................... i cant wait to sooo what comotion this post is going to creat when you lot read it lol
