I belive if Talat is genuine about unification in a good will gesture the town of Varosh to be returned to its lawful inhabitants. this will show to the international arena that he is serious about unification or equal rights for all cypriots, it will create a positiveiew of turkish cypriots by the greek speaking population, it will benefit the building industry at the same time giving jobs to those turkish speaking cypriots working in the industry,
