Would some kind person tell me the dialling code from UK to Larnaca,

Possible confusion here. There are no dialling codes for towns in Cyprus. All Cypriot numbers have 8 figures. The first two indicate an approximation of the Districts but you cannot rely on them (e.g., I live in Larnaca District but have a 22- number, not a 24). To dial from the UK, compose 00357 and then the 8 figure number, irrespective of the town or village.

And just in case you didn't know (and apologies if you did) you can make the calls very cheaply if you dial via one of these intermediary services. For example, I use joy telecom: dial 0844 5551111 then enter your 00357.... number when prompted. Cost 5p per minute, and the quality is usually quite good. There are lots of other providers of this sort of service too.

Yes many providers in UK have cheap rates to Cyprus, at the moment dial 0844 861 2525 then follow instructions gives you UK to Cyprus for 1p per minute.

Thank you all for your replies. I currently use 1899 for cheap calls, France 1p per minute Cyprus 4p per minute but the best deal is calling UK landlines on 1899 - 5p connection charge only regardless length of call or time of day. It used to be 2p, I'm looking for other deals that don't involve signing a contract.
