Why RoC not sharing with TCs ?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Does the "RoC" claim to represent the TCs?

RoC represents all Cypriots - especially when thousands of them come to work in the free areas of Cyprus everyday and own RoC passports.

I know many Turkish Cypriots who dont even know what a Maronite is and didnt know their were Armenian Cypriots too.

Then whats up with the oil. Or RoC only can get a cheap labour from TCs and only give a passport how it was after 1963 . And when you want to do a big business they have always good reason to let you down.
Representing its not only by giving passports or giving job in buildingyards. Many EU citizens as well working for small money overthere. and many other nationalitys can have a passport as well.
"An imigration Bill bringing Cypriot law fully into line with EU regulations secured unanimous approval in the house of representatives on 26 january. it is core provision is that citizens of the other EU states will have a right of permenant residence in Cyprus after living there for five years"
