It was actually changed since the breakup of the USSR, a new rather dull one was adopted for almost a decade until Putin brought the old one back in 2003.

It just happens that that one is performed by the russion national orchestra and my one is a 20 minute job on the computer. It is the melody line I was trying to show and not the whole presentation. I do accept all types of criticism and thank you for that. I guess I should stick to just singing.
