May I remind you that a real TC says gardash. More suspicions coming up... "Kardesh" is used in Constantinople/Istanbul. Even my granny knows that..

You obviously don't miss a chance proving us you are a "real TC" and make us feel happy for a change...

We were not arguing which one is correct. We were arguing what TCs use and what mainland Turks use... And in particular which one VP USED.

Many TCs also say "kardes", not ALL TCs have a strong accent (specially academics), some more than others, my mother has hardly any, doesn't make her any less of a TC...

Good point Shah. When I write I sue the term "Kardes", when I ictually say it to a friend I say "gardas".

Perfectly normal for 99% of TCs.

Pyrpolizer, I seriously believe you are a good guy and I like you. Please give up on this idea that VP is on the payroll of the TRNC, and please believe him when he tells you he is a TC. I don't think any one of us have a hidden agenda on the forum and this is true for VP too.
