So why the Turkish flag on Pentadaktylos still?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

So why the Turkish flag on Pentadaktylos still?

If you have a selective memory I am referring to this bullshit I have to see every time I want to go to my home in Cyprus.

And then we get people complaining that there are rumours of "only" the Greek flag hoisted on government buildings....

Boo hoo....If you want we can put some Enosis flags up there too, and see how you like it. That is what I feel every time I see that disgusting shit polluting Pentadaktlyos...

The idiots who decided to put up those 'environment destroying' flags must have anticipated the reaction you show here. That is the only reason why they put it there. Just to rile you up. Even I get annoyed. :?

The flags are part of the turkish trust building measures.

They are like a dog who pisses everywhere to mark his territory, they think by putting up those flags they automatically claim the north.

Paphiti, dont you know???

I am a Cypriot Hellene....dont you know what that means? It means that I have betrayed my country and surrendered my land, my compatriots and my family to Atilla.

It means that, being a Hellene, I automatically agree with the slaughter of innocent Turkish Cypriots, our "enemies", and I believe we should exterminate them so that we can unify with Greece once and for all.

Being a Hellene, it means I automatically agree to a new formation of "EOKA G'" and operations to overthrow Christofias and along with ELAM and XRYSH AYGH we will finally be one with Greece again.

This is the myth that unfortunately Cypriots like Bananiot have bought into; I am a 'fascist' and a traitor because I am a Hellene. The situation is a total joke, people have lost rationality. You are classed as either a fascist traitor or a communist traitor on the Greek side...

Id be interested to see an opinion on the situation of the Turkish side because I have no idea what the political mentality is like. But on our side it is truly shameful...

Unfortunately, I must agree that our political mentality is rather poor on this forum.

There is a lack of rationality, and a lack of maturity.

But, this forum is not a true representation of Cypriots in general. GCs in Cyprus and the diaspora are generally far more balanced than what is portrayed here by a few idiots!

Think those "flags" are great ... just think of the number of visiting politicians from the EU and elsewhere that see them on their way to meet Pres X in Nic.

Def sends these VIPs a message ... and it ain't the message the Illegal Regime thinks it is sending out.

I agree!

It would not be good thing if this graffiti is removed. That would be a PR win of the regime.
