Apart from APOEL, every team has virtually changed their entire squads in one summer. My bet for APOEL to retain the championship next year.

I have a feeling that Omonia will win it this year. They invested alot of money and managed to grab two Greek international team plyers plus a striker that has scored 17 goals for the Polish National team plus Cyprus u21 captain Georgios Efrem.
I would love to see Anorthosis win it this year but I believe Omonia will be to strong, unless Okkas gets pick up.

Apoel is just waiting for one more experienced striker and a left back. The team is basially the same you're right.

Friendlies so far have shown that little has changed in the stye of play from last year. The only difference is that the League won't be so much of an interest as I'm betting on Chamopions League Group entrance this year.

omonia have made the same mistake as last year. They've completely changed the team although they've improved in that this year they actually have a coach and not a ball boy managing them. SOme of the players they've picked up especially Agouiar, Karypides and Patsatsoglu along with the most promising Cypriot player (Efrem from Rangers) are fantastic. Will they gel together though from the 1st round or will it be like last year when they only managed to get it together in the 2nd round.

Ano is very strong as well with the addittion of Fernandes (old apoel player from Mettalurg DOnetsk). Wouldn't be surprised if they steal it.

the most promising Cypriot player (Efrem from Rangers)

Are you sure?? Not Christofi??

Efrem was on the books of Arsenal and his attitude messed that up. He didnt make it to Rangers and now his career has taken to Omonia. He may have talent but I wouldnt call him the most promising.

How can Cypriot teams build on anything if they change entire squads in one season!? lol
