The time has come to leave Cyprus for good and repatriate to the good ol' US of A! Cyprus has become to expensive to live in. Although my wife and I make an exceptional wage in Cyprus...we are living only to pay our bills.
Electricity rates have skyrocketed...petrol prices the same...housing (fo getabout it), food prices I could go on and on. What was once a pristine, cheap, beautiful place has been ruined by over development and the lack of foresight by it's people and politicians.
America may have it's problems...but at least in the USA I can purchase a 300 sq meter home with pool for 150K, get a decent job and have water 24/7.
