I mean do these matches get 500, 1000, 2000+ at them. Is football well supported in Cyprus? |
Derby games get maximum capacity of around 25,000 at GSP Apoel-Omonoia, Apoel -Anorthosis etc
Omonoia carries around 15,000 supporters whoever they play with Apoel around 7-8000 and anorthosis around 4-5000.
Any game without one of the big 3 would typically carry around 2-3000 unless its a local derby like Apollon-Ael which will bring in 12,000 |

| Wow, that is rather impressive for the local game. I didn't think the crowds were that big over there. Are all the teams full time? ie all players play football only as a job, clubs have FT coaching staff, train everyday etc |
